What is Life Coaching?
Many people think that Life Coaching is similar to Therapy. Life Coaching is NOT therapy. If you need help with past trauma, then you should seek therapy. If you are looking to achieve your future goals, then you should seek a Life Coach.

For Example; You want to become a better soccer player. When you hire a Soccer Coach, they will assess what your personal strengths and weaknesses are. They will then provide a strategic plan for practice. This will include a schedule to practice. Then the Coach will follow up to make sure that you are practicing and see how your progress is going. After 90 days you should have transformed into the soccer player that you desired to be!
With Life Coaching, the 3 main areas of life consist of:

1. Personal Development, which helps you with relationships including your relationship with yourself.
2. Career Enhancement, which helps you to value yourself and discover opportunities for financial development.
3. Health Improvement, which consists of the sleep, diet, exercise and mind frame (stress).
A Life Coach will help you assess what your strengths and weaknesses are and provide an action plan to transform you into the person you desire to be! Then your Life Coach will follow up with you to make sure you are on track to success!
